		<description>Yep. the only B&#38;J i eat is the cookie dough(once a week). Although
today(splurge day) i chomped down half a pint of tiramasu ice
cream....went down quicker than the cookie though variety. And ice
cream for me has to be accomponied by a baked item &#38; fruit.
Oh well, back to the O DIET tomorra. I highly agree Tracy you
should listen to your instinct when you want to have a sliver of
AVOID foods, but I also think that when you hit the depressive mode,
I make an exit away from ALL FOODS and find something distractive to
do. Mental recreation Helps(pool, conversation, biking, organizing
the room...sex....).</description>

to my therapist Ben and his assistant Jerry. Raw cookie dough, fresh
real whipped cream or frozen coolwhip. Heck, just freeze the whole
