Hello everyone.
This’ll be a bit long-winded, I apologize in advance. I just started
the ER4YT diet a couple of weeks ago- I’m an O, obviously, since I’m
here; I don’t know my secretor status, but I’ll try to see what my Lewis
status tests out to one of these days. For the moment, I’m assuming
secretor, since that is more statistically likely. I’ve tried to dump
most of the avoids fairly quickly, offloading all my nice vegetarian
pantry items at my A boyfriend’s place. I am really going to miss some
of that stuff. This is pretty amusing, since he is more fond of meat
than I am…
I had a feeling meat was going to turn up in my eating plan after I
noticed how much more alert and energetic I was on the Atkins diet a
couple of years ago. I didn’t like the near-absence of veggies; I used
to be vegetarian, and I also felt this could not be good as a sustained
way of eating. I went off Atkins, the weight came back, and I forgot
