Calciums - The Right Form

Friday, May 26th, 2006

Calcium IS the most abundantly used
mineral in the body’s functioning. However, what
is
not considered about calcium is its effect on the
body chemistry and digestion, with all except one
type of calcium having an ALKALIZING effect. The
exception to this being CALCIUM LACTATE with a
very strong ACIDIC effect.
Now all these calciums are important to keeping a
person in balance, but if you take the opposite
calcium for you, depending on whether you’re too
acid or too alkaline, it can be very detrimental
to
you and add to your unbalanced body chemistry!
And this is exactly what the simple pH Tape

I Need Distilled Vinegar

Friday, May 26th, 2006

Hi,
I need to take distilled vinegar as an only avoid for me to do ER4YT.
I remember what it is now that’s making me this way : coconut oil. I
get benefit from VCNO [virgin coconut oil] but it has seemed to make
me too alkaline so I need to take betaine HCL and that isn’t enough -
I also NEED to take vinegar every day or I will not be able to eat
alkaline foods like broccoli, carrots, etc.
When this happened to me in July, I quit ER and started eating
sandwiches with whole grain breads, milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.
I keep experimenting.
I still think I can do well on ER4YT but vinegar is something I’m
going to need to take. I NEED vinegar if I’m going to continue with
3.5 tbs. of VCNO daily and do ER4YT.
VCNO is very helpful to stimulate thyroid, Hep C, candida, balancing
cholesterol and blood lipids, and much more. I am sold on VCNO. My

Type O porridge, smoothy and introduction

Friday, May 26th, 2006

Hello,
I have been following the blood type diet now for 3-4 weeks and I am feeling
very good on the diet. The big difference is that I dont have so much digestion
problem and energy problems. Also no depression.
I have previously been trying the paleodiet with ok results. The nice thing
about the blood type O diet is that more foods are allowed, without causing
problems I think.
Interestingly my mother has been following the blood type O diet for years
without knowing anything about that it existed. She has just eliminated the
foods that here body could not handle. Also both my parents have had problems
with intestines such as IBS which is supposed to be the problems associated with
type O.
They always make a porridge which happens of course to be without avoids for
type O even though they dont know about it. The porridge is made in 24 hours.
First 2 tbs of brown rice and 3 tbs of millet and 5 apricots are put in a

Encouragement

Hi everyone I have news. Last night I went out and had pasta, bad.
But The pasta didnt taste very good, good. My problem is I love pasta
but I have switched to rice noodles so wheat noodles have no taste
for me anymore. Yea!!!. I believe following the lifestyle is
working. Im very happy and now I dont have to go to that restaurant
and eat anymore. Because the craving has been satisfied which was a
disappointment which is fantastic. Just a note to everyone to keep
going and we will make it through this together. Linda

2 days on ER4YT - better already

Thursday, May 25th, 2006

Hi,
I went to the bathroom this morning and there was no odor and no
effort in going [:-)], and [pardon me] I needed very little toilet
paper.
I don’t care that much if I do lose weight on ER4YT again. My belly is
bigger than it should be right now. It feels bloated - most likely
from all the dairy I was eating. I now know what they mean when they
say dairy is “clogging.”
I know I can succeed this time on ER. I’m one of the rare Os that have
low stomach acid output.
I think when I quit ER in July I was frutrated and wanted to put on a
few pounds.
Have a good day,
Joe

Food for Life Sprouted Bread

Wednesday, May 24th, 2006

Is this beneficial, like Ezekiel bread? It’s “live” bread, flourless,
contains many sprouted grains.
I had some for supper with 3 eggs.
TIA for any input.
Joe

I’m back, hopefully to stay

Hello,
It’s good to be back. I’m an O+ N/S. I was on ER for the first 6
months of this year. In July I increased my VCNO [virgin coconut oil]
dose to 3.5 tbs., and got too alkaline, but got benefits from it.
I didn’t know what to do so I decided to quit ER and eat breads,
dairy, vinegar, and other foods while trying to balance my pH.
I think I was making the mistake of eating too many alkaline foods
like carrots, broccoli, greens, etc., and not balancing them with
enough type O acidifiers like ascorbic acid vitamin C, cranberry
juice, etc.
It’s amazing how much my digestion has improved just from avoiding
dairy for 2 days! I was drinking one gallon of raw milk yogurt and
kefir every week, plus eating cottage cheese, cheddar, feta, etc. I
think it was really clogging up my digestive system.
I still have some apples left in the refrigerator and a few other
