Newbie with a fewbie questions hee :p
Hello. I’m an O, but I don’t know yet if I’m a S or a N-S, and I
also don’t know my pH either. (all things in time) In the small
paperback for O’s, it says that pinto beans are A, but in the large
book, it says that they are HB. Didn’t know if that had to do with
being S or N-S. Also, white beans are supposed to be neutrals. I
ate 1/4 cup with 1 Beano (which said I could eat up to 1/2 cup on 1
tablet) and I was in agony for more than 3 hours. So nothing is for
sure, right? One must test out what works for each person. Also,
I’ve been reading others posting about Calcium. What about Coral
Calcium? Also, I thought the idea was to be far more alkaline than
acid? I’m sure I’ll have more questions as I continue to learn.
