Getting rid of cravings without drugs

You can eat chocolate. As for the coffee, it’s just like quitting smoking.
You can substitute all you want but, in the end, you just have to decide to
quit because you really want to. Depending on your health, nothing says you
can’t drink a little coffee once in a while, like at tax time when you feel
awful anyway.
