Encouragement

Hi everyone I have news. Last night I went out and had pasta,bad.
But The pasta didnt taste very good,good. My problem is I love pasta
but I have switched to rice noodles so wheat noodles have no taste
for me anymore. Yea!!!. I believe following the lifestyle is
working. Im very happy and now I dont have to go to that restaurant
and eat anymore. Because the craving has been satisfied which was a
disappointment which is fantastic. Just a note to everyone to keep
going and we will make it through this together. Linda

    As a non-secretor, carbs are my enemy ;-) Rather than count them, I simply:
    1) do not eat any grains
    2) do not eat any fruit (except squeezes of lemon juice for flavoring)
    3) do not eat starchy or high-sugar vegetables (sweet potatoes, carrots,
    etc.)
    My diet consists solely of protein and green vegetables (and protein bars
    and snacks which have some avoids, but that’s my personal choice).
    This may be extreme for you secretors out there who are healthy and at a
    proper weight, but if you want to lose weight as an O, this is how to do it.

    as of yet. In the morning I usually have a piece of toast, grain-
    sprouted bread, tea, and maybe an egg. Not every morning. It
    settles my stomach. Is there something else that would work. Linda

    It’s totally your decision as to whether or not to eliminate grains.
    With grains: use brown rice bread, ezekial bread or manna bread
    Without grains: scramble some veggies into your eggs and forget the toast
    If you want to lose weight, gainless is the way to go!
