2 days on ER4YT - better already

Hi,
I went to the bathroom this morning and there was no odor and no
effort in going [:-)], and [pardon me] I needed very little toilet
paper.
I don’t care that much if I do lose weight on ER4YT again. My belly is
bigger than it should be right now. It feels bloated - most likely
from all the dairy I was eating. I now know what they mean when they
say dairy is “clogging.”
I know I can succeed this time on ER. I’m one of the rare Os that have
low stomach acid output.
I think when I quit ER in July I was frutrated and wanted to put on a
few pounds.

    I am out of Phyto-Cal O and my shipment won’t be here for a week. There
    is a Whole Foods Marketplace here in Arlington, TX but I don’t know what
    the best calcium supplement is to buy and use until my Phyto-Cal O comes
    in. I know the magnesium ratio is important. Is Calcium Citrate the
    best source? Any brands? Help.

    Glad to hear that you like ER4YT. I have an anabolic imbalance going
    on with me right now [I’m too alkaline]. It may have to do with too
    much Vitamin D from eating 2-3 eggs daily, but it may be deficiency of
    some certain acid [ascorbic or whatever]. I want to learn a little
    more about metabolic balancing.
    It’s nice to have better visits to the bathroom, even though I’m still
    eating a few avoids like apples.
    I’m not sure if I can balance my pH without eating some avoids like
    breads, vinegar, etc., but I’m going to try.

    I haven’t been eating flavored rice cakes because the ingredients
    include corn-with the kernel removed. are they ok to eat?
