		<description>Glad to hear that you like ER4YT. I have an anabolic imbalance going
on with me right now [I'm too alkaline]. It may have to do with too
much Vitamin D from eating 2-3 eggs daily, but it may be deficiency of
some certain acid [ascorbic or whatever]. I want to learn a little
more about metabolic balancing.
It's nice to have better visits to the bathroom, even though I'm still
eating a few avoids like apples.
I'm not sure if I can balance my pH without eating some avoids like
breads, vinegar, etc., but I'm going to try.

is a Whole Foods Marketplace here in Arlington, TX but I don't know what
the best calcium supplement is to buy and use until my Phyto-Cal O comes
in. I know the magnesium ratio is important. Is Calcium Citrate the
best source? Any brands? Help.
