I’m back, hopefully to stay
Hello,
It’s good to be back. I’m an O+ N/S. I was on ER for the first 6
months of this year. In July I increased my VCNO [virgin coconut oil]
dose to 3.5 tbs., and got too alkaline, but got benefits from it.
I didn’t know what to do so I decided to quit ER and eat breads,
dairy, vinegar, and other foods while trying to balance my pH.
I think I was making the mistake of eating too many alkaline foods
like carrots, broccoli, greens, etc., and not balancing them with
enough type O acidifiers like ascorbic acid vitamin C, cranberry
juice, etc.
It’s amazing how much my digestion has improved just from avoiding
dairy for 2 days! I was drinking one gallon of raw milk yogurt and
kefir every week, plus eating cottage cheese, cheddar, feta, etc. I
think it was really clogging up my digestive system.
I still have some apples left in the refrigerator and a few other
avoids. When I’m done eating them, I will not buy any more. I should
be able to succedd at ER4YT.
Calcium lactate is another good acidifier, I’ve learned. It’s the only
acidifying form of calcium.
I feel kind of goofy for quitting ER. I think I figured that VCNOil
will help me, so I could eat anything I felt like. I think that was a
mistake.
I gained 25 pounds since ER, which is good for me, because I was too
skinny at 150 pounds, 6′ tall. I think VCNO may have helped me gain
the weight. I hope to stay at this weight. If I lose weight, I’ll have
to eat more HB bananas and Manna bread. I think it would be lots
better for me than dairy.
Sincerely,
Joe R.
