The encyclopedia has the most up-to-date food lists and addresses many
health concerns with specific protocols by blood type. This is information
not contained in the other books.
Only you can decide if it’s worth it

Dianne I also wont be buying that book but maybe I will get that for
my daughter who is pregnant. Thanks I think I will get the
encloypedia. But I didnt find that at the book store. Can you tell
me where to find that one.
are suppose to drink has 30grams of carbs in it but yet its suppose
to be 100% juice, and 27 grams of sugar. Are we to get a juicer and
get fresh pineapple so that there are no carbs with fresh fruit or am
I mistaken again. Please help!!!

1) if it truly is 100% juice, the sugar mentioned on the label is the
natural occurring sugar in the fruit and cannot be avoided by fresh
squeezing. Fruit juices are all almost all carbohydrate and natural sugar,
that’s why you should consume them in moderation.
2) Eat Right For Your Baby has not been released yet and is therefore no yet
in stores.

I don’t think meat by itself has carbohydrates. It would depend on what kind
of meat you are talking about and the size. Fish would not have the same as
beef. Buffalo and beef probably would be the same since buffalo usually has
less fat. Chicken has a lower calorie count unless you leave the skin on.
Salmon would have more calories than say bass or perch.
If you can give me a specific meat and for meats like beef a cut I may be
able to give you calories. I know there are some of them that aren’t in my
Desktop Nutrition book, because it is 10 years old. I find out what I can
for you.

but honestly I dont have a clue what does and does not. And how much
calories are in meat.<

Go to amazon.com. The books are cheaper there too.
