Hi everyone I see sometimes people put this down on there postings.
Is this something we should check for the O’s. And how important is

Well, after 4 years on the diet and not having a lot of success at losing
weight, I finally sent away for the “kit” and found out I’m a “nonnie”. It
further restricts what we can eat. Oh thrill.

To elaborate on Max’s response, O non-secretors are even more sensitive to
grains, sugars and fats that our secreting O brethren. If you find that you
are compliant to the O plan and are still having trouble with your health or
your weight, you should most definitely find out if you are a nonnie.
