<description>Really? That's cool then. I just found Ritter Sport Whole Hazelnut Chocolate
Bars and the only ingredient that seemed trouble was the milkfat (minor
ingredient).
Of course, I'm a nonnie but I'm in denial, I pretend to be a secretor until
my stomach tells me the truth :)

<description>Last time I heard from Fran, she was going offline to write her book. She
never came back. I did buy The Low Carb Cookbook written by a Fran
McCullough but I don't know if that's her. The book is very good and not
only gives recipes but discusses the history of low carb diets, shares some
of the pain of our plight, and compares many of the low carb diets. She's
lost about 60 pounds and counting.

<description>Thanks for all the GREAT ideas for my Thanksgiving meal!
I did a practice run today. Made stuffing with brown rice and all the other
usual things and also added some pumpkin seeds. It was really good!
I made cranberry sauce with just straight cranberries and concentrated grape
juice. Again, it was great!
I made pumpkin custard with Rice Dream, eggs, spices and honey. Another
great success!!!
And I made turkey gravey with spelt flour . . . I'm going to have to work on
that a bit . . . the flavour was a bit not right.
So, thank you all, very much!
