		<description>Living in southern CA, Mexican is everywhere.
 I usually order Fajitas, - grilled beef, chicken or shrimp with onion and red
 and green bell pappers.
 This usually comes with rice and refried beans, some places offer black beans.
 I ask them not to givve me the tortillas or I give them to someone else in the
 group.
 My second choice - which is not as compliant is chile rellenos, these are long
 green peppers stuffed with jack cheese. They are then coated with a little
 flour and beaten eggs. While I usually react adversely to wheat flour, these
 don't bother me. Yes I know the jack cheese is an avoid.
 I often take my own rice crackers to eat with the salsa while everyone else has
 tortilla chips. Most often though, I end up eating some of the tortilla chips
 too.
 Unless you have really good will power, I would avoid Mexican food. The corn or
 flour tortillas are a part of almost everything.
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
 Hope this helps.
