moose (and other meats)

known? Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Pheasant, are all Neutral. Ostrich is either
Neutral or HB, I forget, but it’s ok too, so this is not an anti-Big Bird
rule. As much as we can compare Moose to Beef, Bison or Elk, all HB, I
wouldn’t assume anything.
As a non-secretor, pretty much ALL meats are at least neutral. I think the
only non-secretor meat avoid is pork
