Recipes for Nonnies

Hi All, I am wanting to expand my very limiting diet and am wondering where to
find recipes that are OK for us nonnies re grains and beans possibly (have never
really eaten them but they might add variety to my diet) .
Is there still a Cook Right list? Also wondering if there is a good A nonnie
list? Or even an A list? My dh is getting more interested and I need ideas. It
is a little annoying when I plan for chicken for him and steak for me (mixed
grill, I call it) that he decides he will have half of my steak. I don’t mind so
much sharing the steak but he gets gasey on red meat and that worries me re what
damage it is doing inside him.
DH is not willing to comply with all the foods on the A nonnie list. So the
first to avoid are the Red Flags and then concentrate on Tier 1? or Tier 2
next???. Where does the General come in? For me, I just try to do them all.

Sorry about that, I thought I had canceled it after I had deleted the
message instead of sending a blank message. Ann, I was going to tell you I’d
be asking for A recipes from my daughter and friends who are A and just send
them on to you. I was in the middle of fixing a brunch so we can have a late
lunch and reading my e-mail, and taping. Tabitha and Elizabeth apparently
had a disagreement and Tabitha stopped and closed the list, deleting her
files. Since you know the nonie O list, you might be able to go to Recibase
and find some that are either O or A nonie or easily adaptable for them.
