		<description>A couple more thing for d . . .
Avocadoes become beneficial (were avoid) so that's something LESS
 restrictive :-D
And I too have been fortunate to have no cavities ~ so far, knock on wood! ~
at age 28, even as a nonnie.
Some of my health issues that have resolved significantly ~
my sinuses are in much better shape
same with allergies ~ I don't bathe my cats every month anymore, nor do I
worry about keeping up with the vacuuming
 joints much less sore
MUCH easier to lose weight, which to me translates into, much easier for my
body to move towards a healthy weight ~ WITHOUT counting calories
There are some other foods that become beneficial or neutral instead of
avoid, though I'm hard-pressed to remember them at the moment. Some of the
 spices, I think.
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
 Cheers!

<description>The "Live Right..." book has the detailed list of foods with the secretor
differences. In fact, if you don't know your secretor status and try to use
that book for foodlists, it is risky or hard for some, as some are clearly
"avoid" while the other status is "neutral". I was happy to find this book
at my local library. I am new to this and it wasn't in my budget to buy all
of the books at once.

<description>I highly recommend getting a copy of the book _Live Right 4 Your Type_. Or
check it out of the library and photocopy the 12 pages of food ratings. Other
changes are: no mozzarella or feta cheese. The only dairy allowed is butter.
I am on a non-secretor e-mail list (you can request access through Heidi's On
The Diet column on www.dadamo.com). I've found it to be a huge support with
lots of ideas and recipes for making the shift. It *is* quite a change, but
WELL worth it, in my experience. My understanding or interpretation of the
greater risks due to lowered immune system . . . that is true IF the non-
secretor plan is not followed. I am SO sensitive to avoids and missing my
beneficials and other LR4YT recommended "best practices" including the portion
frequencies . . . and I am SUCH good shape if I follow them.
best wishes!!
