		<description>&#60;&#60;I recommend that you read "Eat Right for Your Type" and get the "Eat Right
for Your Type Encyclopedia" as a minimum. I also downloaded foodlists from
Dr. Ds website (WWW.dadamo.com). I was not thrilled with "Cook Right for
Your Type" and haven't read the other books so I can't comment on them.
Max, as usual, is right on target!
The only thing I would add/change is that the food lists in Live Right 4
Your Type are more updated and include the variants for secretor status so I
feel it's an even better bet than the original Eat Right 4 Your Type.
Being a non-secretor, I can tell you what a big difference it makes and is
worth the additional knowledge to fine tune the program.
