New here/new to diet
Hello everyone!
I am so excited I just picked up CRYT today at the library. My
husband and I are ready to take this healthy step in our lives. We
are both O positive and overweight, looking forward to weight loss
and general health benefits. The thing I love is that a lot of foods
that I love are beneficial to me and a lot I avoid already are bad,
so the science behind it all makes sense to me. I have a question
though to the group. I have candida overgrowth. I know cutting out
the sugars with the type O diet will be beneficial, but has anyone
had any succes controlling candida with this diet? If so what
modifications did ou need to make to the diet?
Thank you so much!

A word of advice (if I’m not too late!)…
Make sure you ease into the diet to avoid serious detoxification side
effects. Those can make you really sick! In ER4YT and LR4YT, Dr. D.
recommends that first cut out all of the avoids, then gradually shift
from neutrals into mostly HB foods. This way, your system won’t go
into total shock.
