Ayurveda diets etc now UP!
Hi Everyone
This is just a note to say that the Ayurvedic body type diets, along
with a diet for all types (anti-ama diet)etc are now up on my
webpage as promised to those who were interested MONTHS ago!!!
Sorry it’s taken so long, but the guy who does the page for me was a
bit snowed under and forgot!!
