When I was having problems losing my last 10 lbs., I used "granular
kelp" on my steaks, etc. And it wasn't even the kind that Dr. D.
specified. It made a difference.
I also have been following low-carb.
Yet I eat my fruit seperate (food combining) in the mornings....FOR
MY DESSERT. I feel deprived otherwise.
