dadamo research
Actually, I think I might add at this point, Janette, and others, that I have
from time to time noticed ambiguity in D’Adamo’s research and the listings…
Sometimes, assumptions have been made (and I guess that’s just how it is when
you do things…) about which sort of item people are talking about…
So, for instance, pork is considered off limits for all, but that might be due
to assumptions of how the pigs have been raised, and might not cover the ground
of organically raised pigs…
I am sorry but I do not off hand remember any other examples other than the
coconut which Janette was recently considering in the light of just what was
D’Adamo evaluating when he did the research/report… At times, perhaps, it’s
the way the listings are vaguely described, so that it’s not clear just what is
being referred to…
So, all this picking and pecking, and turning stones over is worthwhile, because
the research ever needs completion!
Thanks for pointing that out, Janette!

Rye Bread, Butter and Pork — Yum!
I have recently been given a copy of the eat right
diet and am trying to follow the O plan. I
can’t find a reason why i can eat butter if i’m not
allowed dairy or why i can’t have pork if i’m
supposed to be a meat eater or perhaps i’m not
understanding something. Also has anybody
found a decent rye bread recipe as the rye bread
they sell here in England is like chewing on
a book!! Margaret
