 Rye Bread, Butter and Pork -- Yum!
 I have recently been given a copy of the eat right
 diet and am trying to follow the O plan. I
 can't find a reason why i can eat butter if i'm not
 allowed dairy or why i can't have pork if i'm
 supposed to be a meat eater or perhaps i'm not
 understanding something. Also has anybody

 found a decent rye bread recipe as the rye bread
 they sell here in England is like chewing on
