Hi Everyone, I'm back from California & Illinois.
Was away for my son's highschool grad & moving Mom from Chicago to
live with me in Portland, Oregon.
I see there has been a ton of discussion since I've been away.
Good going, guys & gals.
Well, back to the subject matter....combining diets.
I have been doing this from the beginning of BTD (April 1999)
'cause
I was on Low-carb
& "food-combining"(no protein with heavy starchy foods; esp. no
fruit with anything else)
.....Long before Dr. D. and works well together for me.
Hugs & Smilies,
Gaye

<!--more-->
be very practical to sit down and write out some lists, combining
the two together.
