Back on ER4YT –Eat your sulphur
Hello Frances,
Oregano is HB for O nons.
I’ve heard that it’s great stuff, so I bought a 1 oz. bottle of Now
Oregano Oil for about $15, shipping included. I add 3-5 drops to an
empty capsule and take with a little water. It’s very strong and will
burn the lips or mouth if you get some on it. Some say it should be
mixed with olive oil.
I added a drop or two to salads but couldn’t stand the taste of it.
I’ve also been taking Nature’s Biotics SBO - that may have helped my
GI flora too.
I have a good feeling about the coconut oil though, and I’m hoping
that things will fall in place for me with regular long term CNOil
use.

Janette,
The VCNOil seems to have stepped up my thyroid some, but I may still
I’m glad to hear that life is good for you
have hypo-thyroid. I took my basal [armpit] temperature this morning
and it was only about 96 degrees F.
I’ve been taking 1 mg. of melatonin every other night before bed for
about the last month or so, which seems to increase my relaxability
somewhat.
I tested my DHEA recently and found out I have DHEA equal to a man in
his 20s, and I’m 51 years old.
I think I’m doing right by taking mel.
Take care,

gotten a bum rap from some special-interest politically inspired
pseudo-nutritionists in the 1950’s. This is my ONLY avoid aka BTD,
but I feel very strongly that the benefits outweigh the “risks”. I
also use ghee (organic home-made) for cooking. I only use olive oil
in foods that are NEVER heated, and only 1st cold-pressed extra virgin
oil, that has been stored in DARK bottles, or tins. I think that the
new theories about the increase in heart disease, etc being HELPED by
UNSATURATED oils vs. the PROTECTIVE properties of saturated fats bear
merit, as I ate NO saturated fats from 19 to 45 and ended up with
Syndrome X!! Since incorporating saturated fats and red meat into my
diet, my blood glucose is stable and in the low normal range, my
cholesterol is falling very nicely (260 total) and my blood pressure
medication has been reduced. Now all I worry about is getting my
thyroid/adrenal issues under control. Life is good!!
