Back on ER4YT

Hi,
Was off ER4YT for a month. I got so I couldn’t stand smelling the
house up any more from smelly BMs.
I posted this at another website :
People often say things like this about ER4YT :
“That’s a pretty controversial book, and critics say there isn’t
any real science behind it.”
The majority of people that say things like this have never tried
ER4YT and never will.Their prejudices are too deep.
I challenge any of them to find out for themselves and devote
themselves to it for one month.
In my honest opinion - anyone can say that a book is bogus,
baloney, or BS, but you know what they say - the proof is in the
pudding :-) I’m going back on ER4YT. I got confused and frustrated

trying to
survive without food source probiotics - yogurt and
other foods.
When I was on it, there was no odor in my BMs. Now
there’s all
kinds
of odor, which tells me my foods are not digesting well
[type
O avoids
like apples, cabbage, etc].
I found out for myself this year.
I know of lots of happy campers on ER4YT boards. All
those
people
can’t be imaginning the positive effects that ER4YT has
had on
their
health. I’m not trying to recruit new ER4YTers.
