Ez 4:9 Bread

Thursday, January 26th, 2006

The Food For Life Baking Company states Ez bread will last two weeks
after thawing. It will last nine months in freezer at zero degrees.
(I, too, found it does last longer when kept in fridge after thawing)

Manna Bread

Thursday, January 26th, 2006

TOM - when I open new loaf of Ez 4:9 bread, I portion 4 to 5 slices in
ziplok bags and reinsert in wrapping. I keep one ziplok bag in the
refrigerator to use while others remain in freezer. Then removing for
use later doesn’t require thawing again. So as you questioned, I would
think that would be the only way to go for ease of use of the Manna.
Happy eating Tom.

Tuesday, January 24th, 2006

Kate — where do you find Adzuki beans? I have tried to find but have
had no luck. Are they canned, fresh, in special section of grocery
store? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You might try adzuki beans, I like them and they are beneficial for
secretors, neutral for non-sec.<<

Hotmail: Passing on this info

Tuesday, January 24th, 2006

I am passing this on because I am certain any of you with a hotmail address will
appreciate it. I followed these instructions and found the information to be
true. I suggest you perhaps do the same if you would like to reduce the amount
of junk mail you get; or just to protect yourself.
In today’s world we never know who has access to what information and we

Pinto Beans

Sunday, January 22nd, 2006

The encyclopedia lists Pinto beans as an avoid. So does Dr. Ds website.
There is no reason given. In ER4YT, older downloaded food lists, and current
other BTD lists, pinto beans are listed as HB. Anybody know the REAL answer?
I’ve used pinto beans as a substitute for kidney beans in chili and for
refried beans and usually felt great so I’m confused. Based on my highly
tuned, sensitive, detoxed body they seem to be great.

High dose fish oil made me sick

Sunday, January 22nd, 2006

Hi,
Someone told me that fish oil was said to cause candida to
grow, but it didn’t
make sense to me so I had to find out for myself.
I started taking 15 capsules of fish oil daily [180 mg. EPA
and 120 mg. of DHA
per capsule] on 5/24. The food craving it caused was from
yeast die-off, I
presumed. I gained a few pounds but noticed too that my
facial eczema got
worse, and one day became constipated so I took an enema
and realized that
candida was constipating my GI tract - from taking fish
oil.
So, it’s another try and fail supplement for me.

Speaking of tea, I have to admit that tea brewed by an Englishman (person)
tastes much better for some reason.

Balsamic Vinegar Marinade
Note from Cheri:
I came up with this recipe to use in my Grilled Vegetable Salad with
Goat Cheese, but it also works great as a meat or chicken marinade.
If you plan on using this marinade on beef or lamb, substitute red
for white wine.
MARINADE
4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
2 tsp. fresh rosemary
1 tsp. fresh oregano
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup dry red or white (depending on what your using the marinade
for) wine
