    Just to clarify, manna bread (aka essene bread) is beneficial for all O’s,
    regardless of the grain it’s made from since it’s 100% sprouted.
    Mind you, as a non-secreting O, I just personally avoid all grains because I
    find my body does not appreciate them :-) Dianne in L.A.
