The taste is really unbeatable. Unfortunately, it is an avoid for
nons.

Just to clarify, manna bread (aka essene bread) is beneficial for all O’s,
Dianne in L.A.
regardless of the grain it’s made from since it’s 100% sprouted.
Mind you, as a non-secreting O, I just personally avoid all grains because I
find my body does not appreciate them
