Speaking of tea, I have to admit that tea brewed by an Englishman (person)
tastes much better for some reason.

Dear handsome Max,
Chinese tea is so much “sweeter” than the Black.

I’m a few weeks behind reading, so not sure how this thread started.
I just bought a box of 100 tea bags of Foojoy China Green Tea, and
it’s about the best green tea I’ve tasted. The Celestial Seasons and
Yogi are both pretty bitter. I can’t read Chinese, so can’t tell the
ingredients, but I’m guessing just green tea leaves (I tried asking
the vendor, but I’m not sure we understood each other). I now drink
at least one cup per [work] day. Our a/c is on overdrive at work, so
a hot cup in the morning really hits the spot (and warms the hands).
It also makes good cold tea when I’m in the real world (already in
the 90s here now).

That’s great….I’ll have to find that brand.
I haven’t come across that brand, as yet.
I do add lemon (like the English people)
and I did try a pince of sea salt….that works with fruit, he-he.
I’ve tried many other “flower” Chinese teas in Chinatown, Chicago.
Thanks for the input,
Gaye
