Pot luck main dish ideas?

Hi Everyone!
Tomorrow I am attending a potluck for my eight year old son’s class. Do you
have any suggestions as to good things to make for a potluck?
In this case, I need a main dish, kid-friendly, can be eaten out of hand or
off a paper plate kind of dish. But I am sure others would appreciate any
other potluck friendly dishes you know of!

    Geez, I’m sorry that I didn’t come up with a pot luck dish for you…
    Chicken came to mind more than any other since O’s & A’s can have
    both, and so easy to make…Great for later since cold chicken is a
    fave with most people.

    You’re right on target. The best source for good, free-range, organic
    turkey is Whole Foods (or similar HFS) or better yet, your local poultry
    farmer.
