thanks for your answers - wow, the stock of knowledge you have in food …
well - I’m not famous enough to eat in fancy restaurants all the time -
but that’s o.k., I wanted to have time for my son and that’s far more
important to me
nearly each time I buy meat, I buy organic, grass-fed lamb and beef, or
liver -
Tartar I don’t eat anymore, because they don’t serve it from organic and
therefore I’m afraid of CJD
