Tuesday, January 31st, 2006

<<Remembering the delicious taste of my “Harmonia Deluxe Smoothie” from
this morning
Ryan,
How do you make yours? I blend two teaspoons of Harmonia with 1 cup of
water, one scoop of egg white protein powder and some frozen, wild
blueberries.
Love that Harmonia!! Drinking this in the mornings makes me feel very
energized.

Ryan,
I like the idea of stirring some of the juice into the pulp and
adding ground seeds, oils and other nutritious supplements to the
mixture and eating it with a spoon like soup. Can type O non-
secretors have chlorella?

Hi there… I’m getting very dear friends for lunch on Sunday. Both are devoted
BTD followers. Big Sunday lunch is traditional in South Africa. He is a B and
she is an A. What the hell am I going to cook? Tuna??? Blech!
Help!

Noni fruit question

Saturday, January 28th, 2006

Thanks, Ryan. I think it’s sold in a large bottle of concentrate, and
you only take 1 “shot” twice a day. So, maybe it’s the real deal. I’m
always skeptical of things, anyway. Thanks, Mr Research.

making it easier

Saturday, January 28th, 2006

Jen,
If you do have to eat out, I think an acceptable substitute is “Double
whopper, lettuce, tomato, onion, only, no cheese and no bun”. They usually
package it in a little box and give you plastic silverware. I think of it as
a hamburger salad! Also, I think the precook, prepare ahead, think
leftovers, etc., thing is the only way to go. Get yourself a big bag of
chicken parts, freeze them in individual portions, already in the marinade,
then when you want to eat, if you thought ahead to thaw it, you can just cook
at 350 for about 30 minutes, or peel it out of the bag and nuke it frozen.
Let me know if you want some marinade ideas.
I devil a dozen hard boiled eggs at a time and eat two every morning for
breakfast. Thinly sliced rib eye steaks, or minute steaks “fry” up in
minutes. Cook twice the veggies, peas, broccoli, asparagus, whatever and eat
the first portion hot and then the cold for the next meal.
We have definitely become a society of grab and go eaters, and it can be done!

Bread storage

I’m with Max. I use spelt and Ezekiel (yes, even the cinnamon and raisin one
for a treat!) and just keep it in the fridge - seems to keep forever there.
