Virus Hoax solution

ignorance.  In order to replace the deleted file to my computer,
I went to Microsoft.com and typed jdbgmgr.exe into the SEARCH
option.  Microsoft immediately brought up a page that showed me
how to download the deleted file, for no cost.
Carol:
Before sending out a virus warning, always, always check to make sure
it’s valid. Major virus companies like Symantec etc. keep databases of
current and old hoaxes (there are thousands) and numorous other sites
track them as well. Search for “virus hoaxes” and you will find a
bunch.

Dr. Barry Sears

Thursday, December 22nd, 2005

I hope no one minds me submitting this. There has been a lot of
discussion of Dr. Barry Sears and he takes lots of unfair potshots as
many sincere researchers do, including Dr. D’Adamo. I think this piece
will give you a look into Dr. Sears’ heart in his research. It is a
column he writes himself. Thanks, Tom
Why vs. How, by Dr. Barry Sears
Last week I received the Alumni of the Year by Occidential College, a
small liberal arts college in Los Angeles often referred to as the
Princeton of the West Coast. Needless to say, I was exceptionally
honored by this award. So I decided to reproduce my speech because it
gives some insight into the beginnings of the Zone some 20 years ago,
and also my view on the bigger philosophical questions we should always
be asking.
“When I first heard that I was to be honored as the Alumni of Year, my
reaction was that of extreme humility because I asked myself, “why me?”

Steve: please read

Wednesday, December 21st, 2005

Steve, I have a friend ReneƩ that has been lurking for some time. She is trying
to send a message but can’t get it through. On her side everything looks okay,
but the message never appears on the list. Could you please check on your side
whether all is okay? Her email address is johanljr@….
She is quite desperate. Let me know what you find. Thanks Steve.

secretors and non-secretors

Wednesday, December 21st, 2005

Hi,
I’m new to this group and I was wondering if someone could please
explain what “secretors or non-secretors” is all about.
Also, where can I find a list of foods to include in my diet, or
avoid?
Thanx,
MP

Axel Update 5/17/02

Tuesday, December 20th, 2005

Hello again fellow blood-type dieters.
I’ve been away for almost seven weeks. Why? Several reasons.
Recapping:
Someone asked “Where is Axel?”

No. His last email to me was on the 28th of March. I’ve sent him two
since then with not response. Hope that nothing bad has happened….

training… now drinking damiana, skullcap, pinch of valerian… a little
fennel… a pinch of worm wood… two black pepper pods… so sleepy…
This was in personal e-mail to Ryan Darius Partovi; actually, I’ve had a few
private e-mails with Ryan Darius Partovi (”Mr. Research”), and boy have we had
some conversation! BTW, you never wrote back to me after that last e-mail, Ryan.

Carlson’s v. Metagenics

Tuesday, December 20th, 2005

The “Metagenics” brand sounds good. Actually, Dr Mercola did not recommend
the “Carlsons” brand, I got that from either “Protien Power ” or “The Omega
Plan”; which one escapes me right now. Dr Mercola recommends Costco’s
“Kirkland” brand, which he states has a high turnover, and retails for $8.00
for 300 capsules.
I read a lot, and the only writings I take at face value, without checking
up are those of Dr. D’s! If it’s a new concept to me, it has to appear in
other non-related documents, or I can collaborate any references, before its
a “fact” to me. I accepted Dr D’s writings because my BODY told me that
this was the answer for my poor health, despite following a “healthy”
semi-vegetarian diet for 25 years!
Your comment about Dr Mercols’s “unlicensable” naturapaths sounds
intrieging; particularly because my cousin (who has severe sarcoidosis)and I
(we live in NY), have been toying with the idea of taking a trip to Chicago
to see Dr Mercola (we have family there who think we owe them a visit,

Hemp Seeds?

Monday, December 19th, 2005

In a message dated 5/16/2002 4:15:10 PM Eastern Daylight Time,

<< Does anyone know if hemp seeds are okay for Type Os?
The health food store sells a hemp and flax granola type bar and everything
else in it is okay.
For those of you, like me, who are subject to Gov’t drug testing, be careful
you don’t get a false positive on any drug tests from the hemp. Poppy seeds
can be bad too.

More about green clay for Yvonne

Monday, December 19th, 2005

Hi Yvonne,
I read in “Nourishing Traditions”, that if you have a water filter, which I
do, you need to get a special powdered clay [called Azomite in the US] to
put in the water to put back the minerals taken out of the water by the
filter. I was wondering if the Agile Vert I bought in Vevey was the same
thing and if it was alright to take it by mouth.
