Beef vs. Beefalo or Battle of the Bovines or

Thank you for the interesting post.
I have a grass fed beefalo heart in my freezer. The fat on it
doesn’t look yellow - it looks white.
The ground beefalo fat doesn’t look yellow either.
It tastes good.
I’m going to get grass fed beef next time if I can. If beef is higher
in fat, it’s probably higher in Omega 3s if it’s grass fed.
I bought beefalo because it was priced right @ $3.59 per pound.

Does anyone know why the fat on my beefalo heart and ground beefalo is
white and not yellow?
Does this mean it’s not good quality?
