I have had this happen to me when I pressure canned chicken soup. I it's so
long ago I forgot what the reason was , but I just wanted to tell you it's ok to
eat. Mine is greenish blue in the jars-my Aunt told me it always happens when
home canning. Maybe it was a chemical reaction to the enamel &#38; another
ingredient.
