		<description>Hi,
I found out that beefalo has about 6 grams of fat per 100 gram
portion vs. 17 grams of fat for an equal amount of beef.
Does anyone know which would be better for improving Omega 3 levels?
I'm referring to grass fed organic beefalo. I found a local beefalo
farmer and bought some.
Thanks for any input.
