		<description>The first quote was Ryan's idea and wrote I agreed. The question is
the justification of what is considered a dangerous diet. And also, if
a diet is followed as it should be.
Veganism if unproperly practised (completely without protein
except some occasional beans) is certainly dangerous.
My two daughters are A's and I never even mentioned them to
become vegetarians.
When I asked my doctor about the bloodtype diet ( O, of course),
she said I would miss a lot of nutrients if I went by it. Of course it
had to be thought over what sort of supplements are needed to
avoid insufficient nourishment.
So whatever the diet is ( not judging here if good or bad - one size
fits all - ) it has to be done carefully.
