Where can I buy these herbs?

Sunday, November 27th, 2005

My father is going to have invasive surgery on a hernia. He is Blood
Type B and the Surgery recovery protocol for B’s calls for
- Rehmannia root (200 mg)
- White Atractylodes (250 mg)
- L-Arginine, (250 mg) and
- Plantain (250 mg)
He’s 69 and I would like to help his recovery in any way possible.
Also a general recommendation is Bromelain (500 mg)
Is anyone familiar with these and know where they can be purchased
either separately or individually?

Spring/Summer Food

Sunday, November 27th, 2005

Well the winter has finally passed here in Ontario (although it’s
very wet and windy today). Since new seasons bring new cravings and
different delights it would be great if any of you have recipes to
post or new food ideas for the spring and summer?!
Amanda : )
(Yum Yum! I’m cooking a roast in the crock pot today with vegetable
broth and garlic and onions! You can smell the aroma throughout the
house! It’s the best roast I’ve had with this combo as I’ve made it
once before like this!) It’s perfect for the crappy day!

ulcer treatment

Saturday, November 26th, 2005

Hi Tonia
You might want to look into the watercure website, it might seem trivial but
Dr “Batman” claims he has cured ulcers with just water and a bit of
salt–read all about it in his book “The Body’s Many Cries for Water” if you
are interested.

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how long it takes for food to pass through the body
please, ie from eating to ‘expulsion’?
I’m trying to confirm what foods are aggravating my UC.
Thanks…. Ciemon

Cancer Risk Found in French Fries, Bread

Thursday, November 24th, 2005

Maybe those raw fooders are (partially) right after all. This basically
means that all carbs should be eaten raw sprouted or not at all. Of
course, many vegetables and meat are still best eaten cooked. Ain’t
bein’ Type O grand? ;) Cheers,
Ryan

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Basic foods eaten by millions around the world

Off topic: Winter discussion

Wednesday, November 23rd, 2005

Hilda, where I live it can get as low as -40 F. in the winter and then 100-110 F
in summer, this is high desert and sometimes we have a difference of 50 degrees
from daytime to night time temps. I live more south, some 3 1/2 hrs by car
fromSalt Lake city, they have a more moderate climate there. Used to live in
California and liked it a lot for the mostyly warm climate. I do miss it. Your
climate sounds like more what I like. LOL
Enjoy your day

One thing to remember is that a lot of things can happen in your system
without you feeling it until bam - for example ever hear of “the silent
killer”? You think you are going along fine but behind the scenes your
system is going to pot.
How you feel/react to food is not always a great indicator of if it is good
for you.
but that’s just my opinion from years of observing.

JUMP STARTING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM!! CELL EXERCISE!!
So there I was, jumping up and down on my mini-trampoline, working up a
sweat, exercising - my cells? It’s called “Rebounding” and it could save my
life! Exercise of the lymphatic system is probably one of the most
important outcomes of a good physical regimen that we scarcely think about.
The lymph is our internal pollution disposal system.
The lymphatic network is a part of the immune system that plays a vital role
in the elimination of toxic waste from tissues. Rebounding aids the
lymphatic circulation by stimulating the millions of one-way valves in the
lymphatic system. Jumping up and down improves the diffusion and
peristalsis of interstitial fluid between the cells. Better circulation
means better cell health. Rebound exercise is one of the best forms of cell
stimulation and therefore cell health.
The lymphatic system is made up of lymph fluid, (the word “lymph” is derived

Thanks, everyone who responded to my message. I’ve heard a lot from
different sources that our bodies do not need a lot of protein and
also that flesh foods are not good for you due to an acid ash they
leave upon digestion. How does it work in conjunction with our
protein oriented ER4YT-O diet. I’ll appreciate any insights and
experiences.
