It means to go Beneficial as much as possible,
with some Neutrals(the least, the more weight you lose)
&#38; none (if possible) of Avoids
That's what it means to me.
I also have a rebounder
....I think I just read recently that it's quite beneficial
for the immune system.
I know Susan Kennedy has a rebounder also.
I don't have a video. It's been a while on the rebounder,
it's like riding a bike, I think.
Let's do it, Toni. Go, go, go.
I am starting tomorrow, 5/11/02.
Been eating some avoids &#38; need to do this, fast.
