O diet/lifestyle perspective

I thought some of you ER4YT & LR4YT experts could give some perspective.
Post after post on this and other boards there are good ideas, good
snippets, good pieces of advice, but so often it’s hard to put all the
parts together where they make one efficient useful vehicle. So here’s
the challenge.
Proportionately, what are the biggest cogs in the diet & lifestyle of a
Type O. Personally I get really paralyzed by so many little details and
I tend to forget that if I put the biggest cogs in place, then there is
a lot more room for flexibility than if I try to count my protein grams
down to the gram etc. The prize goes to whoever can fit what they see
as the most important parts into the easiest to read most concrete form.
The winners are any of you who like me sometimes focus on the details of
the diet while ignoring a gigantitic body chemistry kingpin like
exercise.
OK, ready, set, go.

<<I just got my secretor test results today and it took 33 days in case
anyone is impatient like me and would like to know JUST how long it ACTUALLY
    takes.
It only took two weeks when I had the test done over a year ago.

It’s good NOT to drink water when dining, or else
you will dilute the digestive tract from doing it’s job.
Best to drink water between meals.

p.s. this is from a food combining lifestyle & common sense.
    I’m high on common sense.
