just a thought about dehydration
Just a thought–you mentioned you are drinking enough water when you
exercise, but are you taking enough salt of the right kind? Dr “Batman” says
if you wake up in the night you should have a glass of water with a pinch of
salt on your tongue as drinking a lot of water [sweating from exercise?]
will deplete minerals as well as fluid so need to replace both…plain sea
salt is like refined sugar or white flour, pretty useless–you need
Unrefined Celtic Sea Salt which is sort of grey–read about it on the
CureZone. Dont know how much you should be taking but will probably tell you
on the watercure site. I also take Azomite which is mineral rich
clay–heaping tsp once a day to replace minerals taken out of the filtered
water I drink.
