Blood type diet

I have dark circles under my eyes, and have had them since my early twenties.
It is hereditary. Stress or tiredness make it worse, but even under great
conditions, it’s always there.
Last week, I had a deep tissue massage. Never had one before. It hurt like
hell! But, I felt incredible for days afterward, could feel almost an
electric charge running through my body. And my dark circles went away
almost completely for about three days!
Does anybody have any idea why that would happen from a MASSAGE?????
