Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how long it takes for food to pass through the body
please, ie from eating to ‘expulsion’?
I’m trying to confirm what foods are aggravating my UC.

    If you are healthy, and you are eating at least 3 times a day, and you are
    physically active, and you don’t suffer constipation or diarrhea, and your
    diet is low on hard and dry foods (like dry cheese, bread … baked
    foods), then the time is from 23 to 30 hours.
    Longer then 36 hours … = poor diet … =”lazy bowel” …
    =constipation … =too much stress … =not enough physical activity …
    =not enough water …=not enough sex …=not enough food (fasting)
