Blood type diet

Hilda,where I live it can get as low as -40 F. in the winter and then 100-110 F
in summer, this is high desert and sometimes we have a difference of 50 degrees
from daytime to night time temps. I live more south, some 3 1/2 hrs by car
fromSalt Lake city,they have a more moderate climate there. Used to live in
California and liked it a lot for the mostyly warm climate. I do miss it. Your
climate sounds like more what I like. LOL
