Finally working for me!

I switched to this WOE about six months ago, and have certainly felt
more energetic. I wasn’t dropping any weight, as many have professed
on this list. However, I wasn’t exercising on any regular basis.
About four weeks ago, I started a 10-week plan with a local business
called RunTex. They are working with the state of Texas on
a “TEXercise” plan that the governor started when a recent study
showed two Texas cities to be among the fattest in the USA. I knew if
I committed to the 10-week plan that I would get back into exercising
like I used to. It worked (now I’m starting the WOL)! I’ve lost 15
pounds so far, and all I’ve done is add walking about five days per
week. One of those days I’m back up to four miles, and the RunTex day
is a different workout each time. I’m so happy! And I don’t feel
deprived because I eat pretty much what I want (on the BTD plan).
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that Yes, it does work and we DO
need regular, vigorous exercise! Woohoo! I’m pumped!

My new A “friend” is trying to get used to my high energy. Especially
after a good meat/fish & veggie meal. Watch out!
