Speaking of broccoli
Make sure that the flowers (florets) are dark green, the darker the
better. Yellow broccoli is bad. Broccoli can take a lot of salt and
ghee. It takes much better that way. It also makes the vitamins,
minerals, and phytonutrients much more assimilable. Many of them are
fat soluble. I wouldn’t worry about ghee and weight loss. Your main
weight loss “issue” is carbs. Good fat is an essential source of energy
for O’s. Ghee is also great for your GI tract.

It seems I remember something about soil quality affecting the
taste of the vegetables. I know this is true of onions, esp.
strength of taste - I just don’t remember why. Any farmers out
there?
