Cilantro is sold in such large bunches in my market that I can never use it quickly enough, much as I love it. I think I'll try it with parsley as well :-) Lynda learned it a couple of years ago when I was in the grocery store and the lady taking care of the produce was trimming the ends and filling the tray they went into with water.
