Hi Ryan,
I found some Ezekial bread and the ingredients included organic
sprouted wheat. Are there different kinds of Ezekial breads?

Sprouted wheat is O.K. for O’s. See below.

The Ask Dr. D’Adamo Question For 26 May 2001
SPROUTING AWAY LECTINS
QUESTION:
On page 157 of your book, you mention that the problem kernel in wheat
is destroyed in the sprouting process. Does sprouting render other foods
beneficial, or at least “not harmful”? I am a Type B and am wondering
about sprouted beans and lentils, as well as sprouted sunflower and
pumpkin.
ANSWER:
Sprouting destroys wheat germ agglutinin, but other seed lectins are not
always inactivated this way.
We are Type ‘O’. Thought I’d mention that the
sprouted breads we eat follow: www.naturespath.com/manna.htm
“Manna” or “Essene” Breads. www.food-for-life.com
“Ezekiel” Bread. www.ezekielbreads.com
“Ezekiel” Bread.
The 1st bread above is rated BENEFICIAL
by Dr. D’Adamo.
The 2nd bread is rated Neutral.
And the 3rd bread isn’t rated, but
is similar to the 2nd bread above.
So I would suggest it is rated Neutral
also. You won’t find this one nationwide
I don’t believe. It is in the Portland, OR
health food stores though.

Nancy, the 3rd bread (ezekialbreads.com) lists” org wheat germ ” as one of the
ingredients. If I remember right, the wheatgerm (lectin) is the part that makes
wheat an avoid for us O’s. They have a sprouted speltbread though, which would
be neutral for O secreters. Ezekial has slipped down to “neutral” also.
