Maggi

Seasoning is a standard product found in almost every German
home. It also seems to be quite popular in Chinese, Thai, and Mexican
food.
Ingredients: Water, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten and Soy Protein, Salt,
Artificial Flavor.
Soy sauce could be used to make up the bulk. The “artificial flavor”
part is the most trouble to emulate. Experimentation needed.

There’s really nothing special about Maggi.I’m german and used to use it before
ER. It does have corn and sometimes even wheat in it. Just sub the compliant
soysauce or tamari. I use Braggs. Maggi is just a little saltier. (have no idea
    what the artificial flavors are).
    Enjoy,
