Cellulite/Dehydration

Try adding a 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of sea salt to each glass of water. If you
need the sodium, the water will actually taste good to you lightly
salted. If you put too much, it will taste gross. Type Os tend to have
more of a problem with low blood pressure and high potassium than salt
sensitivity and high blood pressure.
Cheers,
Ryan

Yes. Just try not to eat it all in one sitting. No, seriously, think
about this folks, that’s only 1.25 lbs. of proteinous matter a day. I
can eat that with my eyes closed. Some eggs and turkey sausage for
breakfast, a big steak, chicken, or tuna salad for lunch, and maybe some
juicy sirloin or fresh fish for dinner. Mmmm. Mmmmmmm. Sounds like
    GOOD EATIN’!
